boston is… cozy and has a lot of history to it.
although with the construction and everything it’s kind of erm, distracting
the nightlife’s not bad either – the bars are empty around 1:30 am – that means i have some time to sleep and go to class later.
my personal favourite – boston during summer/fall

Except for Cheers on Boylston Street, what I like most about Boston is leaving it…!
Despite the highways, there is just too darn much construction always…replacing the old with the new, not to mention their lack of road signs everywhere…
I prefer the Plymouth area where the people are very friendly and the pubs are endless for great food, drinks and conversation. Many even have a large block of cheese for customers to cut from…free…! Restaurants and dancing are unlimited and crashing parties is commonplace…
There is a lot to see and do downtown Boston but is best only for daytime activities if a stranger with concerns for safety…as like any large city…
I have been there five times this year and am now planning to return this month or next for another ten days…
Yet, I am always glad to leave and that is only because of the congestion…
K…???

I loved Boston. It so beautiful, clean and fresh. I went there in December. Snow was on the ground and the Christmas decorations were everywhere. I had that feeling that I used to get when I was a kid. My girls were quite young then and they are nagging me to go back again…its one of those places that has stayed with me …nice memories. The people were friendly..although I think most Americans are. I stayed at the Boston Marriot, Copley Place. Its a four star hotel has lots of facilities and is link to shopping mails.. We went on a duck tour…great for kids although I was totally freaked out when we drove off the road into the water..

I love that I can get to anything in Boston by walking or taking the “T” (public transport)
I love the crazed and excitable sports fans.
I love the diverse restaurant offerings
I love the visual beauty – from the skyline, to the Public Gardens, to hidden streets on Beacon Hill…

There’s nothing good about Boston except for the fact that it’s a mecca for schools and hospitals.
As a “real” Bostonian as you put it, I **** the people. We’re for the most part, unfriendly.
